Hey Ron,

I got the probe yesterday afternoon. All looks good. I plan on installing it today and give it a try. Thanks again. I’ll keep you in mind when I see something else to purchase. It has been great dealing with you. I appreciate your follow up and how you kept me informed of when things are being mailed and if there is any delay. I will definitely give your name and web address to friends who may be interested in this fun hobby.

Hey Ron,

Thanks for the unbelievable quick turnaround on my order. I got the Grey Ghosts yesterday! Can't wait to try them out! I've actually got Fri / Sat off this week so I'm planning on diggin' some dirt and going to the beach to catch a negative tide. Might as well hunt now before everything freezes over :)

Have a blessed Thanksgiving!

Ron,

It was really good to meet you. I am happy with the items I got from you and your suggestions are appreciated. My next trip to see you I would like to get your advice on which headphones are best for me. Just wanted you to know that I have been to most of the other metal detector shops in middle Tennessee including Nashville and yours by far had the most inventory of detectors and accessories, was quite impressed. Have a great day.

You wanted me to send some finds, so I gathered up a few to photograph. I am loving the 1350 and the Tiger Shark I got from you, and I am really liking water hunting. No bugs, less trash, better potential for nice finds, and COOLER in the Summer!! On the fresh water beaches I use the 1350 with the 10X14 DD coil to cover a lot of ground, and in the water I am using the Tiger Shark with the 10.5" coil. I am heading to Destin in July, I hope I have more pictures to send you.

Hi Ron, I really like the Pocket Uni - Probe I purchased from you last week, I have found it to be everything you said it was and then some, I can find something with my detector then lay it down and this probe has the power to pin point it before i even start digging, when the hole gets open its a walk in the park then. Thanks for the recommendation, next purchase I will make will be headphones for my MXT with all of the different choices out there what would be your recommendation on a set of headphones ?

Thanks

Hello Ron,

Here's a pic of all my finds thus far. I started metal detecting about 4 weeks ago with a Garrett Ace 150, then stepped up to the GTP 1350. Can't wait to hit the beach with the Sea Hunter.

Cheers,
Tony

Hello Ron,

Found with a 1270. Thank you for you advice. It took me some time to get back to you – sorry. I have not had a chance to try the ground balance advice yet but I will do that on Thursday, so I’ll let you know how it goes. I am going to send you some more pictures of my finds in the course of the week. In the meantime I am sending you some ww2 stuff that I found this year. What about you? Is the season in the full swing at your end?

Jan

Hi Ron! That is good news!

I love my new headphones. I am sending you a pic of a 1950s era Gene Autry toy gun I dug up a couple of weeks ago. Also attached is a pic of some rings I found this winter- we had a very warm January. I hope that doesn't mean that summer will be unbearably hot. Since September I have dug $87 in clad! I am hooked.

Hi Ron,

Here's the pic. I found the coin at around 4 or 5 inches. I found my first gold ring Sunday. Unfortunately there once was a stone, but it was no longer in it's setting. The ring is fairly small and I found it at about 4 inches. I would send you a pic, but I found it at my cousin's house and let him keep it. Please feel free to use my email as you wish.

Ray

Ray hunts in the MA area with his DFX and just starting using the bigfoot coil with it.

Ron,

I have attached photos of an object I found today. I believe it was deep, for a 50s vintage neighborhood, about 5". The curved edge seems to be made and not a break. It appears to have the formation of crystals on it. It's about four inches long and about an 1/8 thick. You may be able to see wrinkles where it was bent. Please let me know what you think.

Ron Thank you "Man" I received my head phones this morning and hook them up to my old detector and they are great. You were right, there the best head phones I have ever put on my head and the sound is great and the cord is always out of my way right against my chest when hunting. Ron just wanted you to know and make your day you have a customer for life and I will send you all the business I can and I will put your address and e-mail on the bulletin board at Boeing where I work and I will sign my name to it for anyone that wants to talk to me about your service. Thank you again Ron ,I will be getting back with you after Jan. 2006. Happy New Year to you Ron and your love one's. Gary Lewis

Hi Ron,

The coil arrived a couple days ago. Thanks for the great deal!

I could not help but notice on your website that you are hot on the Coinstrike for relic hunting. I used one from the time the came out Until a couple of moths ago. Sorry I traded it off to! Although I primarily coin hunt I tend to dig it all and also found the C$ very capable in typical iron conditions and to have very good depth too.

Are there quite a few relic hunters using it? It seems to me it would be very good in that application especially in those areas with the bad dirt.

Thanks again!
Tom
Hey Ron,

This is my first attempt to email jpeg photos from my digital camera. This is a 1866 Indian Head penny I found on a piece of recently cleared land down the road from my house. Let me know if you can increase the size and see the
details. I took them in the macro mode of the camera. If not, I'll try a
different camera mode.

Cheers,

Hi Ron,

A few pics of the results of 4 hours detecting today. Ken (10 yrs) with his first chain and the first metal with the Ace 150! Riki (8 yrs) also with his first silver chain with a small ring in the middle! As you can see in another pic he also got a nice 18K triple
ring too! He was running along the beach to me shouting "daddy.....gold, gold, gold".......

I managed 8 rings plus coins with my Seahunter using the new big coil - great way to cover a bit more ground. Naturally Ken and Riki missed many because they were going a bit too fast, but I hit those by walking behind them :-) Great family fun.

Haven't used the tumbler yet but will need to soon the way the sons are
digging! ;-)

Thanks again for helping out. Also, thanks for the Christmas card and hope this year is great for you....

Ian

Ron's finds with the Fisher Coinstrike

This Cartrige Box I pulled out at an incredible depth of 22" in a fire pit. I had a very very weak signal with the Coinstike, knowing I was hunting a campsite, started digging, and found soil very soft and had realized this was a firepit, the signal got stronger as I dug down and out came the relic. Many other finds and bits of Glass came from it. Also a nice Pipe, pic will be next.
